Tour Aim's True Target Alignment system will drastically improve you aim and alignment while you practice. Any standar 5/16 (.3125") diameter alignment sticks work with Tour Aim.  Some alignment sticks have plastic covers on both ends and unless those are removable they will not work with the Tour Aim.  Our alignment sticks are specifically designed to work best in Tour Aim 2.0.

 DELIVERY & RETURNS

Orders process within one business day and shipping takes 3-6 days in the lower 48 US.

We currently ship Tour Aim's everywhere in the world where golf is played!!

U.S. Orders (United States only)

We offer a 30-day return policy for U.S. orders, starting from the date your item is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The Tour Aim must be in unused, resellable condition
  • No refunds will be issued if the Tour Aim is scratched, dinged, damaged, or shows signs of use
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original outbound shipping costs are not refundable
  • A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds

To start a return, please contact us at info@touraimgolf.com and speak with a Tour Aim representative before sending anything back.

International Orders (Outside the United States)

Due to the high cost of international shipping and returns:

  • International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds
  • Customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, tariffs, or customs fees
  • Tour Aim Golf LLC does not control or have access to these fees
  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address
  • Orders returned due to incorrect address entry are not eligible for a refund

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@touraimgolf.com so we can make it right.

The Tour Aim includes a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers damage from normal use, including accidental impact from a golf ball or club.

  • Replacement units will be sent at no charge
  • A photo of the damaged item is required
  • Replacement is the sole remedy for damaged items

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you if the refund is approved
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds apply to the product price only
  • Original and return shipping costs are not refundable
  • Processing times vary by bank or card issuer
