Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time and does not include carrier delays.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Free shipping, when available, applies only to the lower 48 states

  • Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed

  • If an address requires an extended delivery fee once shipping is purchased, we will notify you before shipment

  • Additional delivery fees must be paid before the order is released for shipping

International Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout

  • A valid phone number is required for international shipments

  • International shipping charges do not include taxes, duties, tariffs, or customs fees

  • Customers are responsible for all additional international fees required upon delivery

  • Tour Aim Golf LLC does not control or have access to customs or import charges

  • Shipping timelines for international orders are estimates only and not guaranteed

  • International shipping costs are non-refundable
