U.S. Orders (United States Only)
We offer a 30-day return policy for U.S. orders, starting from the date your item is delivered.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The Tour Aim must be unused and in resellable condition

The product must show no signs of use, including scratches, dings, or damage

Returns that show signs of use or damage will not be refunded
Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable

A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved U.S. returns to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs

info@touraimgolf.com and speak with a Tour Aim representative before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)
Because orders are processed quickly, cancellations are limited.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, only if the order has not entered fulfillment

Once fulfillment begins, orders cannot be canceled
Payment Processing Fee on Cancellations
When an order is canceled, Tour Aim incurs non-refundable payment processing fees.

A 3% processing fee will be retained from all approved order cancellations

This fee reflects actual costs paid to payment processors and is not a penalty

The refunded amount will equal the purchase price minus the 3% processing fee

Shipping fees are non-refundable
International Orders (Outside the United States)
Due to the high cost and complexity of international shipping:

All international orders are final sale

International orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations once shipped

Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs, and customs fees

Tour Aim Golf LLC does not control or have access to these fees

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address

Orders returned due to incorrect address entry are not eligible for refunds

Shipping delays, customs holds, or refused deliveries do not qualify for refunds
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at
info@touraimgolf.com within 7 days of delivery.
Warranty & Resolution

The Tour Aim includes a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery

The warranty covers damage from normal use, including accidental impact from a golf ball or club

Replacement is the sole remedy for damaged or defective items

A photo of the damaged item is required

Replacement units are provided at no charge; a shipping and handling fee applies
Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected:

You will be notified if the refund is approved

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refunds apply to the product price only

Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable

Processing times vary by bank or card issuer
